Could Red Bumps Forming Clusters Indicate Genital Herpes?

I went to a clinic and was told I probably have genital herpes. It took 24 days to show up and have no itching or pain. I also don t have any blistering or fluid build up after 4 days of symptoms appearing. I plan on getting a blood test to make sure but can t get it done until next week. The bumps are red and form some clusters. Is there anything else this could be?
