Could Red Cervix Found In Colposcopy Be Due To Cerazette?

I had a colposcopy today and was told that although I shouldn't worry about it too much there was an abnormality and she was doing a smear test for me. She also said that some of the cells were something beginning with e, I forgot what she called it and my cervix was very red but that was probly due to the cerazette. What could she have been talking about?
