Could Red Lesion On The Penile Tip Indicate Herpes?

I have a red lesion or sore on the tip of my penis about the size of a large vitamin pill, and two red lesions on the side of my penis-opposite sides of each other, towards the head. The red lesion has been there for over 12 days, and occured after I had used a condom. I thought it was just a rub mark from being aggressive, but now I am not sure and I have no known allergeis to latex. I have not been tested for any STD s lately and very nervous, but intended to get one in the next day or so as soon as I can get an appointment. Based upon my limited description, could this be herpes? My last earlier encounter was 5 weeks ago, and I didn t use a condom and know better. Thoughts? my email is YYYY@YYYY
