Could Red Spots On The Lower Legs Be Related To Kidney Function?

Hello! I have a uti that the culture has said 5 times it s Klebsiella. I ve just started with the 5th antibiotic 2 days ago and I m still in pain tonight. I have an appt scheduled with urologist in 2 weeks. Had ultrasound of abdomen and xray of bladder, kidneys, etc that came back normal. I m not sure if this is serious because of some red areas on the bottom part of my legs that one Dr seemed not concerned with and another thought it has something to do with my kidney function. Before initial treatment my blood pressure was low and had several spells of nearly passing out. I m just beginning Cipro again 2nd day of prescription for 10 days but not feeling confident this will work. Any advice you may give is welcome!
