Could Redness And Scaly Skin On The Head Of Penis Be Due To Psoriasis?

I have psoriasis of the skin on 95% of my body. IIt s no large patches it s more like little spots. I have a concern about my penis. On the head of the penis is discolored and skin is coming off. I have pictures. I really would like to know if it s psoriasis, or something else...
