Could Redness On Abdomen And Legs Of An Infant Be A Matter Of Concern?

My 8 month old baby daughter spilt daddy s chew spit all over her tummy and legs. I grabbed her right away and stripped her and washed her off with soap. Her belly and legs are red where it spilt. And she seems a bit pail. Is she ok? What should I do?
