Could Reluctance To Change A Course Of Study Despite Strong Feelings Be A Sign Of Career OCD?

Hello, please can your mind telling you to change your course of study even when you really don’t want to be a sign of career OCD. I’m really exhausted and seriously contemplating suicide. I’ve had other OCD tendencies/themes in the past. Please, help me.
