Could Retroverted Uterus With Irregular Echo Pattern Be A Matter Of Concern During Pregnancy?

hi i am 6 weeks pregnant now and the result of my tranvi ultrasound said that my uterus is retroverted with irregular contour and heterogenous echopattern. I have 2 hypoechoic masses, the first one is posterior midcorpus, intramural and the second one is left posterior intramural with subserous component. Please advise what does it mean and its risk in my baby and pregnancy.
