Could Ringing In Ears Be Due To Anemia?

I saw my primary doctor last week and am planing on calling him again tomorrow but I was wondering if my anemia could cause ringing in my ears. I started taking Slow FE in January and had a blood test again in April. The ringing started two weeks ago when I had a migraine. The head ache went but the ringing did not. The doctor told me to use a decongestant but it hasn't made a dent in the ringing.
