Could Rumbling In Abdomen And Nausea Be Due To Partially Cooked Food?

I may have eaten some undercooked pork as my sister pointed out that hers was not fully cooked and pink. It's been a couple of ours and I'm starting to feel naucious, my stomach is rumbling a little bit and feels like it's getting quite warm. I just want to know if this could be from the pork or if not what the symptoms are?
