Could Running Nose And Mild Fever In Infant Be Due To Teething?

My 1 1/2 year old has had a runny noise and a slight fever for two days and crystal all day long and is not sleeping well. She has her fingers in her mouth all the time so I figured its teething. I have been giving her infants Advil and re thing tablets but it down not seem to help. Is there any thing else I can do
