Could Sensitiveness In Nipple Be Due To Low Testosterone?

i am 50 yo male with very low testosterone level my right nipple has been sensitive for about 3 months, now its getting a small hard place under it . it only bothers me when i rub across it or like putting a t shirt on. could it be the low testosterone? its not even noticable. but i was wondering what to do. wait a while or what?
