Could Severe Abdominal Pain Be Related To Cysts On Ovaries?

I have had severe stomach ache for weeks i have a small cyst on my ovaries am awaiting a follow up scan i also have had cramping and passing alot more wind than usual followed but iregula r bleeding I m tired and it s starting to effect every day life i have also recently had the implant taken out but wasn t the problem
