Could Severe And Persistent Headaches Be Due To Long Term Usage Of Suboxone?

i have beentaking subs for pain from a broken neck that was fused and wired together 25 years ago, i am on12 right now and wake up sometimes in the middle of night and mostly in the morning with headaches that take 1200 ibuprofen and 2 tylonol to slowly dissapate, i take the suboxone about an hr. after. Is this a side effect ? I have also been reducing for the past month from 16 to 12. Thank you
