Could Severe And Persistent Pain Be Due To Fibromyalgia?

i am in pain everyday and my dr. said i have lupus and scleroderma but i have done alot of research and i believe that i have fibromyalgia. how do i know for sure. i took the fibromyalgia online test and i had all the symptoms. i also did the online test for lupus and i only have like two of those symptoms.
