Could Severe Back Pain And Bloating Be Due To Ovarian Cyst?

i recently found out i have ovrian cysts i have strange symptoms severe back pain stomach bloating pain excruciating periods and urgent/frequent urination sometimes i pee my pants because i just cant hold it im 27 no stds no uti no hiv doctors keep giving me stomach meds and vicodin and im getting worse not better and also 20 lbs heavier
