Could Severe Cramps With Bleeding After Having Unprotected Sex Mean Pregnancy?

i had unprotected sex 4 or 5 days before my period was supposed to start well i got it a little early and i am experiencing sever cramps like i could just curl up in a ball and not move. i am also experiencing some bleeding i know that it is not normal to experience bleeding but could i still be pregnant
