Could Severe Depression Be Pre Menopause Symptom?

hmmm, my sis died in Sept. after beating 4th stg. lymphoma 3X and having a stem cell transplant 8 mo. before. Doctors praised her, but then her heart quit. 5th sibling to go. Im youngest. Parents died dad when I was 2, Mom when I was 29. I just turned 48, no periods in 4 years, sudden tears every day, many times, am I crazy or normal? I just cant talk about sis yet. All brothers in between. Me n oldest bro. (far away) are left.
