Could Severe Gastritis Be Due To Ulcer?

I have had my gall bladder removed and my GERD has become twice as bad. Because of all the antiacids, I also have IBS C. Water can cause heartburn symptoms with me now. Not sure what else to do. My doctor has prescribed all she could but nothing seems to help. Could I possibly have an ulcer?
