Could Severe Hair Loss Be Due To Excessive Masturbation?

I read from a doctor on this site that excessive masturbation can cause hair loss or thinning of hair.If i were to stop or reduce masturbating would that fix my hair? I think the center of the crown of
my head is loosing or thinning hair.I am 20 years old and At times i can do 3 to 4 times a day.
