Could Severe Headache Along With Pain In Eyes Be Sinus Headache?

Hi. I have "headaches" which are mostly pressure and little pain. They make me very tired and I contribute them to uncontrolled diabetes usually. Six days ago I got one of these but it turned into a "real" painful headache in my eyes, forehead, and temples. I also have a dry, bloody nose but no other sinus symptoms. This is different than my usual headache. The showe seems to help some. Migraine, sinus headache?
