Could Severe Headache Be Due To High ESR Levels?

hi i am 22 year old girl...my esr count is 121 i done all test in hospital when i admitted but doctor cant search what is the problem doctor done all test like mrc,crp and some other blood and skin test also bone marrow but no use esr nt coming low nw i feeling very tired cant work more some time more headeche to me ...wi i do..
