Could Severe Headache Be Due To Sinus Or Migraine?

My age is 18. My weight is 60.I have headache problem since 1 yr. First i went to an eye doctor. He suggested me that i hav sinus. So i went to an ent surgeon when i took the medicines i ws alright bt when i left it headache started again.so now i went to a physician.he suggested that i have migraine and am taking the medicines for a long period but sometime i find the symptoms of sinus in me like coughing ,bad breath . I am confused that i hv sinus / migraine or both. What i will do now?
