Could Severe Itching Be Due To The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Xyzal?

Respected Doctor, I am suffering from Psoriosis. My skin specialist prescribed xyzal 5mg before dinner and Alegra 180 after lunch besides some creame like Tenovate GN and Deprovate for etching in scalp. Both the oragl medicines have gaven sufficient relief from the effect of psoriosis.--skin cracks with pain for a long time. But recently I have experienced what I want to inform you for relief. I stopped taking xyzal for two days after taking the medicine for last two months regularly and immediate itching started. It started in the evening. I started scratching and scratching my fingers bottom of both hands and afterward it became swelled and became painful and I could not squeezed my finger with comfort. The doc suggested two xyzal 5mg before dinner. I felt relieved.But stomach upset while I have no gastronomical problems as such. And with that I feel very week and drowsiness all day long. I felt sleepy often. Should I take one medicine instead of two? And how long I have to contiue this medicine? will it ultimately cure psoriosis? Pl help doc.
