Could Severe Pain Be Due To The Removal Of Adhesions Along The Abdominal Wall?

I have been suffering from lower abdominal pain for a couple months now. Three weeks ago I had laparoscopic surgery to remove a fallopian tube that s been damaged by endometriosis. In the surgery my doctor also discovered the left side of my small intestine was stuck together with a lot of adhesions and stuck to my abdominal wall with a lot of inflammation. She got ride of the adhesions thinking this was the source of my pain but after surgery I m worse than before. The pain seems GI related, it constantly aches and feels bloated, eating always makes it worse and I have bouts of on and off again constipation and diarrhea. I have lost a lot of weight and have become very weak. Yesterday I had a CT scan and blood work done that all came back normal. What is the next step? Should I see a GI doctor?
