Could Severe Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Uterus Fibroids?

I feel like my stomach is being ripped apart from one end to other end of stomach. I can t move around in bed because it is excruciatingly painful. I feel like I have a cement block inside me when I try to move when I am lying down. I had sonogram done and the nurse said something about the radiologist requesting MRI because of a thick something. I think he said leiomymomas or something. Not real sure. Should I be worried? I thought I tore a muscle or something.
