Could Severe Pain In Arm Be Due To Zocor And Zetia?

I was taking Vytorin for many years my insurance no longer covers it, so for the last month I have been on a simvastatin (Zocor) and Zetia...and the last 2 days I have severe muscle pain in my left arm, feels almost like a bruised arm. Could that be a side effect of the Zocor and Zetia or did I just sleep on it wrong.
