Could Severe Pain In Arm, Neck And Back Radiating To Entire Body Indicate Frozen Shoulder?

I am 34 years old evey since September 2013 due to an arm injury I have been in pain my arm neck and back seems to be getting worse with new symptoms I am now having eye blueness headache pain that attacks my entire body at times please help me to figure out what's going on and I have a frozen shoulder
