Could Severe Pain In Joints Along With Bruise On Hip Be Due To Levaquinn?

I am a 66 year old female. I just finished a 20 course of Levaquinn for A SINUS INFECTION. i have been experiencing severe joint pain, swelling in shoulders knees and left hip .Left hip has a bruise on the skin could this be a reaction to the antibiotic and what should i do /
