Could Severe Pain In Lower Back Be Due To Decade Shot?

I received a decade in shot in my lower left side. It bothered me for awhile and then about two hours later I had very sudden lower right back pain when I bent over. I almost couldn t stand up. When walking the pain extends to my upper right leg. Back pain is constant. Can this be a result of the shot even though it was on the opposite side?
