Could Severe Pain In Neck Be Due To Herniated Disc?

i have been getting very bad pain in my left arm stemming from my neck to my risk for the last week its very painful. i take pain killers and go to bed when i come home. please note that i als o have a herniated disk i have been treating for the past year. there is also tiggle in my fingers sometimes i do take nifedicalxl 30 mg for blood pressure
