Could Severe Pain In Thigh, Rectal Area And Labia With Rashes Be Shingles?

A couple of days ago I had severe pain beginning in the front of my thigh then the next day the back of my thigh. Extremely tender to touch. Now have the same pain in rectal area extending to labia just on one side. The same side as the original pain in the leg. Extremely painful to touch bumpy painful rash. Can shingles occur in this area?
