Could Severe Stabbing Pains In The Abdomen Be Due To Ovarian Cysts?

Hi i have been diagnosed with a ovarian cyst after having test they are now wishing to run more test in next week i was diagnosed this last week but for past 2 days have been having strong discharge and feeling dizzy and move around for 2 hrs then feel very tired ive looked up cyst bursting but i have not experienced and very strong pains they say about only my usual stabbing pains which ive always had proir to finding the cyst any ideas
