Could Severe Sweating And Tiredness Be Due To Problem In Lungs?

My mother is suffering from COPD she is in Oxygen Therapy (1-lit). Week a back is fall down on bathroom and there is swelling on her hand, shown to local doctor and write now her hand is good condition swelling gone and there is light pain. Write now my question is from that period she is feeling more tiredness and sweating on head. This symptoms is due to the hand pain or her lungs had any problem. Is there any chances of Cardiac arrest or high Blood pressure.
