Could Severe Swelling And Pain In Calf Muscle Be Due To Lipitor Statin Medication?

Please confirm if correct with my case. After taking dosage of prescribed Lipitor satin medication for 3 to 4 days for high cholesterol, I had a very severe reaction when I started firstly feeling feverish and spasm on all my body but with the concentration of pain centring on my left leg calf muscle causing it to swell so rapidly as it imploded and swell as large as my thigh.
