Could Severe Tightness In Arms And Chest Indicate Stroke?

Hello, I just experienced severe tightness in both my arms and the tightness felt like it was going to my chest. I could not move so I just sat eventually I was able to move my arms. Is this related to heart attack or stroke??. Thank you. Oops, I live in canada, didn t notice your location.
