Could Sexual Abuse Be The Cause For Painful Periods?

i have been sexually abused severally times starting at about the age of a year old. I am now 18. I started having a period at the age of 9, and they are often painful. Is there a way that being sexually abused could have damaged my insides and may it cause me to have issues with becoming pregnant
