Could Sexual Excitement Be Due To Over Active Bartholin Gland?

My bartholin gland is way overactive. I produce fluids all through the day and have to wear a pad all the time. When I orgasm it hurts and i produce so much fluid as if I urinated on myself, but it is not urine. I am also sexually excited all the time to the point of almost pain and I am tired of it. What can I do? Please help
