Could Sharp Piercing Pain In Vagina Be Due To Slipped Paragard?

I have a question concerning intercourse. I have paragraphs for almost four years. I have a new partner who is rather large and I have a burning sensation right after I use the restroom after intercourse. It subsides but its been a few days and it feels like a have a small sharp object up there to one side ocassionally. I'm wondering if my paragard has moved or slipped or what it could be.
