Could Shivering In Hands Be Due To Encorate Chrono And Lacosam?

Hi Doctor, I was diagnosed with B/L parieto occpital bleed sec to reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) on 13.08.2014 and was in hopital up to 25.08.2014 was treated with steriods and after discharge too was given steriods which was terepered slowly. On EncorateChrono 300 twice daily.there was no problem up to december and on december 21 2014 i had abnormal movements of face twitching for 1hr and right arm pain for 1 hr. and diagnosed as Scar Epilepsy and am given Encorate chrono 300 twice daily along with lacosam 50 twice daily. i am taking this since then. i am feeling shaking in my right arm. recently i moved from hyderabad to pune. and consulted a neurologist there in pune. he told me that the drugs i am using now can cause shivering. and prescribed me keppra 500 one in the morning and 2 in the evening. along with Mymi only 1 the evening and stop my regular drugs in a tapered way , reducing 1 tablet every 3 days. Is it ok to day that way ? Doesn t the new medicines have any side effects?and firstly why i sufferred with RCVS? I am a male 35Y 5 11 and weighing 80kg
