Could Short Headaches Be Related To Dent On The Skull?

about two years ago, i had an accident where a swinging door smashed into my head causing a huge lump on my forehead on the top of my right brow which gradually subsided after an ice pack and i assumed there was nothing wrong as there was no vomitting or headaches. (there is a dent in my skull)

However recently i've been getting frequent short headaches which come out of nowhere at that dent. Also, when i play sports and do actions which require bending my head down i feel the blood rush at that sports and it hurts when i press on it. Could these headaches be related to the dent?
