Could Single Dosage Of Oxycodone Show Up In The Urine Test?

I have not taken any oxy since about 3 am Friday as I was supposed to be switching to suboxone. The doctor decided today not to prescribe me suboxone so I took 15 mg of oxycodone at about 530 pm today and found out at about 7 I might be able to get into another doctor and took a urine sample then. If I haven't gone to the bathroom since this morning until I needed to for that sample will it show up on the test
