Could Sinus Pressure In Nose, Throat And Ears Be Neurological Problems?

Hi there, this past Sunday I hit on the head (wearing a helmet) and immediately had ear pressure that ebbs and flows in my left ear. Primarily the ear consistently feels like it has a bubble. Over the last two days I've concurrently experienced increased sinus discomfort in my nose and throat.

Are these neurological symptoms to be concerned about?
