Could Skipping Of Heart Beat Be A Symptom Of Panic Attack?

My heart beat feels jittery. And I feel like I need to cough or take a deep breath when it happens. It s been going on for a couple of hours now. I ve recently had a heart ultrasound and EKG. Everything was normal. Could I be having a panic attack? I haven t had any caffeine today, but I do take ADHD medicine.
