Could Sleeplessness And Feeling Of Emptiness Be The Symptoms Of Menopause?

Iam 49 years old and am not sure if iam depressed or going through pre menopause,I developed compulsive gambling have no interest in any thing i feel empty inside,feeling worthless i have a lot of outburst crying very worried about life wake up early mornings cant sleep Please help Thank you Please note i have no money to pay am not working
