Could Sleeplessness Be The Cause For Elevated Blood Pressure?

My blood pressure was 120/100. had some headache for 2 days and results of my urynalisis and CBC indicated there is infection.I did not have a good sleep for the past 3 days.would that contribute to my elevated bp? I have also been suffering some pains in my right side from the lowest bone of the rib down to my hips. My ultrasound results showed no stones in y liver and kidney. what tests should i undergo more to check if my kidneys and liver are okey.thank you
