Could Slurring Of Speech And Confusion While Having Migraine Be A Matter Of Concern??

My boyfriend suffers from classic migraines, where he loses feeling in his right arm and right side of his phase, he get very confused and his speech is slurred. This hasnt happened for sometime, but it happened tonight. Do i need to take him to hospital?
