Could Small Bumps Like Skin Breakout On Body Be Recurred Herpes Zoster?

hello, few months ago i had skin break out all over my body, especially on the back an it also small bumps appear on my head and one or two on my faces. I am really worried, does this sign of a cancer or what??? It this same as herpes zooster, since I ever had this few years back.
