Could Smelly, White Discharge With Pain In Abdomen After An Accident Mean Moved IUD?

i was in a minor car accident 4 months ago which hurt my lower back, straight after this i started vaginal bleeding everyday for about 3 months, it finally stopped but now i have a really foul smelly white discharge with lower abdominal pain, could the accident cause my iud to move and give me an infection which is causing this?
