Could Smoking Marijuana Be The Cause For Kidney Failure?

I have had my second heart vave replacement and now have a mechanical heart valve.I take warfarin due to this n recent blood clotting i also have sle lupus which has caused kidney failure and now dyalysis for my acute injury in my kidneys. Smoking maryjuana can it be a factor of my issues and symptoms,i do not drink and have never used any other drug?
